Return & Exchange Policy
At Arpitaz Glamour, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We ensure that every product is packed carefully before shipping.
🔹 No Return & No Exchange
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is placed.
🔹 Opening Video Required
Customers must record a full uncut video while opening the package. The video should clearly show the parcel from all sides before opening and the unboxing process.
🔹 Damaged or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing, you must share the opening video with us within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims without a proper opening video will not be accepted.
If verified, we will replace the damaged/missing product or provide a suitable solution.
We request all our customers to follow these steps to ensure smooth resolution in case of any issue.
